Open Out is strongly committed to our client’s continued success. If, in the unfortunate event, a client relapses after completing our 90 day program, we will offer the client 30 days of complimentary treatment if they wish to return.

An important part of every person’s successful recovery program is keeping the promises we make. Open Out keeps our promises as well. Living a life free of drugs and alcohol requires a lot of continuous hard work on your part, and for that reason Open Out cannot promise that you will be able to live a clean and sober life. We can, however, promise to hold up our commitment to you. If you complete our 90 day program and you find that you can’t live a drug and alcohol-free life within the first year after treatment, you will be invited back for 30 days of free treatment!

Successfully completing our program is a simple process. If you were an active participant in our 90 day program without a relapse or break and made a pledge to actively participate in your post-program recovery, this constitutes a successful completion.
If you were in full compliance with our client rules and regulations at our facility, including attending all required sessions, not participating in any harmful or disruptive behavior, and abstaining from all non-prescribed medication, drugs or alcohol, then you are eligible for complimentary treatment.
If at the end of your treatment, you pledged to actively participate in your aftercare plan that you and your therapist created, including attending 90 meetings in 90 days, getting a sponsor, and working steps, you are also eligible for complimentary treatment.
If you happen to relapse within the first year after successfully completing our 90 day program, you may come back and participate in or program for 30 consecutive days at the same level of treatment without cost to you or your insurance company. You will still be responsible for the cost of medical detox, and medications.
